Chef Erica Mahlkuch, born in Cherry Point, NC, and formerly of Caffe Bocce, in VA and The Samba Room in FL, brings a fresh and original touch to World Latin Cuisine. She has a proven background in creating mouth-watering culinary delights.

Presently, she is one of the youngest restaurant chefs in Dutchess County, and extraordinarily cognizant and expert in French technique and traditional Italian and Latino cuisine. She is strongly committed to exploring the many facets of World Latin Cuisine.
