Erica Mahlkuch Chef Co-Owner

Erica A. Mahlkuch began her culinary career at Caffe bocce, the former, well-known eatery local to Charlottesville, Virginia, as understudy to Chef Miller. A natural, Erica advanced to running the New Italian kitchen for Ms. Miller and subsequently expanded her culinary base working in a variety of kitchens throughout the south and Florida. Joining with Miller as Co-Chef Owner she opened Sabroso where her concentration is Iberian, Caribbean and South American cuisine.
