Chef Marcia Miller, born in Brooklyn, and former owner and chef of Caffe Bocce in Charlottesville, VA, presents World Latin Cuisine in a new and exciting way.

She says, "The way I look at the exploration of food is anthropologically. Maybe I could say that I'm always looking for a new discovery in one place that somehow it leads me to someplace else. This is why South American food is so exciting to me; you look in Peru and you find China. You can look in Haiti, and you find Spain, Africa and then the native Indians of South AMerica. Cooking to me is like understanding people; it takes love and patience."
